The Café – Gallery of El Molino del Gato, is one of the most ancient flour mills of Albarracín. The eldest reference is from the 16th century, in the year 1505. Previosuly known as El Molino del Puente. Currently its owners have restored preserving its original machinery. Its rooms periodically hold different exhibitions that can be visited during the opening hours of the Café.
